2. What is the cause of this existing problem? Was it caused by some past experience? Was it caused by you or someone else?

3. Was there a time when you didn't feel like this? How were you feeling different?

4. Think of somethig you could do at this time to help relieve the problem.

5. Think of something you could STOP doing at this time to help relieve the problem.

6. Think of something you are doing right now that helps, that you should CONTINUE doing.

7. See it in your mind how great you'll feel when the problem is resolved. Write the feeling down in positive affirmations. For example: I feel GREAT now that the problem is gone!

Self Esteem Worksheets Step Two

Identify Your Desire And Achieve It

Now you have completed step one and hopefully have identified at least one issue that you want to change and visualized how good it feels when the problem is behind you.

Step two of the worksheets involves you visualizing and writing down your disires in as much detail as possible. This is a powerful way of achieving your desires because your subconscious mind will be at work to accomplish what you want when you have identified them consciously.

1. Visualize what your dream life looks and feels like.

2. Think of something you could do starting today that'll bring you one step towards it.

3. Think of something you should STOP doing now that's pulling you away from this goal.

4. Think of something you're doig right, that you should CONTINUE doing towards your goal.

By just filling out these self esteem worksheet doesn't guarantee that your life will improve. However, if you get yourself to take action according to the answers gathered from the worksheets, you will see results in the direction of your desire.
