Take Care Of Yourself
Learn to take good care of yourself because YOU are the most important person in the whole world. Most of us have grown up learning how to please other people and live up to other peoples' standards. * Spend time with people you like: sometimes we tend to go against our wills by hanging out with people we may not like. Whatever the reasons may be, listen to what your heart wants as much as possible. Spend more time with people that make you feel good and avoid people that make you feel bad about yourself.
* Spend time with yourself: try to spend some time every day with yourself only. Even you may have just ten minutes, for example while you shower, make that ten minutes a special time. Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings and treat yourself like you treat your best friend.
If you start paying attention and taking good care of yourself right now and do them consistently, you will find that you begin to develop new ways for raising self esteem and feeling good about yourself.
